Cakeline provides cakes for the entire New York Metropolitan region.
Cake prices range from $8.50 to $16.00 per serving.
To ensure the best possible product, Cynthia limits cake commissions to two per weekend.
Three months or more is a recommended lead time, however, there is occasionally the
possibility to book a cake with as little as a week's notice.

birthday, special occasion) listed to the left. Once inside that category, click on any
thumbnail picture to view an enlarged image and to read the name of that particular cake.
If you are interested in a paricular cake, you can contact Cynthia with the name of that
cake to get further details.
Cakes can also be customized by changing shapes, colors, and types of decorations. Or,
Chef Cynthia can create a completely new design just for you.
Please note that almost any cake can be created to accomodate the number of servings
required. There is, however, a minimum of 40 servings for all cakes.
TASTING CONSULTATIONS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Appointments are generally on Sundays, at Cynthia's home in Belle Harbor, Queens, OR on
Saturday afternoons, in Manhattan, at the French Culinary Institute, where Cynthia
teaches pastry arts.
