An incredibly overdue, enthusiastic THANK YOU for the
amazing cakes, from my wedding, my baby shower, and my
Emma's christening, you made the guests feel "wowed &
yummy" Each cake was just absolutely incredible.
I was first amazed at the incredible detail you pulled
from my Reem Acra gown for my wedding cake - the tiara
was such an amazing touch. Not
one guest left without RAVING about it, they all said
it
was the best cake they had EVER tasted at a wedding,
not to mention the most beautiful. The shower cake,
which appeared to be gift boxes was indeed a treat, all
of the guests kept saying "HOW ARE WE GOING TO CUT THIS
CAKE??!! IT SHOULDN'T BE TOUCHED!" of course, after
the slices were cut they were happy we did! Delicious!
The christening cake was incredible. "My Little
Princess" received the same accolades - my
sister in law swears if there's one thing she wants for
her wedding, it's a cake designed by you.
You have once again outdone yourself and I am SO appreciative
of your talent. Thank you so much for making these
three occasions so memorable! If there is one thing I

Dear Cynthia,
Aside from the usual comments "the bride and groom
were like a couple out of central casting - she's tall,
dark and beautiful; he, tall blonde and handsome" "the
flowers too incredibly beautiful, unusual and elegant"
- aside from those, YOUR cake took first prize!!
Not only was it truly glorious in its simplicity of line
and decoration, it was delicious. We saved the very top
layer for Courtyand Natalie to gobble on their 1st anniversary.
Michelle Bigelow and I divided the next layer between us
and the other TWO layers were completely consumed by the
guests. I, for one, willnot wait around for a year to eat
up our share - I haven't the restraint. I hope the photographer
has taken a picture and when it appears, I will send a copy
to you.
Mrs. Bigelow and I told Jean-Claude Courty wanted the cake
made out of chocolate twinkies (His look of shock was worth
recording!) I think Courty will never think of twinkies
again - he's become a Cynthia Cake addict. You've definitely
upgraded the Gates family's tastes. A million thanks.

in astonishing form (and perfect taste/texture) one year

Jeff and I want to thank you so much for the extraordinary
job you did in creating our seashell wedding cake! It was
absolutely beautiful and everything we were hoping for on
our special day! All of our guests were delighted by the
presentation, which was the highlight at our reception,

expected, we were reluctant to slice into it b/c it was
so lovely, but our guests were just dying for a taste.
